The clean, comfy room met my expectations. The bed provided a good night's sleep, and the hot water was plentiful for showers. There were several inconveniences. The check-in process at the gas station was frustrating. I waited 30 minutes just to get my key. The staff lacked professionalism. One employee was rude and seemed more interested in snacks than helping guests. I had issues with my room key not working properly. While the coffee was easily accessible, the overall service did not match the quality of the accommodations.

I booked a room with a good bed, central heating, flat screen TV with cable channels and a microwave.

Fairly clean hotel, the staff was excellent and amiable.

The room was nice and cool with 2 queen beds and they provided wake-up service when I asked. Cable channels, a microwave oven and a refrigerator were a very nice touch. The location of the property was great, in the middle of jackson.

Free parking available, a handy feature. The outdoor seating area with a cozy fire pit adds a nice evening vibe.

Check-in process took way too long, nearly an hour wait. The room had a strong musty odor and the toilet paper was like single-ply sandpaper. The decor looked dated, with an old tube TV in the room, not what you expect these days. Additional trash receptacles in the living area and bathroom would be a big plus.

The room was meticulously cleaned and well-appointed, with a mini K-cup coffee maker, made my mornings enjoyable. Plus, there's a lovely outdoor seating area with a cozy fire pit that we enjoyed in the evenings.

The king studio wasnice and neat with lots of hot water. Check-in was unique at the gas station downstairs, but we enjoyed having snacks right there.

The stay featured a comfortable King Studio, surprisingly quiet despite its location near a truck stop. Check-in was cumbersome due to its location in the convenience store, and there was a strong odor in the room that took away from the experience. The furnishings felt minimalistic, which could use some improvement.

Great location right above a gift shop downstairs and it's pretty clean. The hot water is plentiful so no worries there. Pretty good price too for what you get.
