Fairly clean hotel, the staff was excellent and amiable.
The room was nice and cool with 2 queen beds and they provided wake-up service when I asked. Cable channels, a microwave oven and a refrigerator were a very nice touch. The location of the property was great, in the middle of jackson.

I recently stayed at the Italy Inn for a quick overnight trip. The location was excellent, with fast food restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, and the AC/heater worked perfectly. The hotel had an elevator, making it easy to bring our luggage up to the room. The employees were friendly and hardworking, providing great customer service. a clean hotel with a good bed in a safe area.
